How can I return the product I received?
You can return any product that has not been washed, damaged, or worn out within 14 days of the order date. (Don't worry about the date; we'll help you as much as we can.)
You can submit your return request in the "Orders" section of your account. You can also contact us via social media or by emailing iletisim@thinkwhite.co.
Who Covers the Costs in Case of Return?
You can send the product you want to return to us free of charge via a contracted cargo company.
In what cases are returns not accepted?
We accept returns whenever possible, but please be aware that we cannot accept returns if the product is worn, the tags have been removed, it has been washed and shrunk, etc.
How Long Does the Return and Exchange Process Take?
Once we receive the returned product, we can refund the amount within 1-7 business days.
Delivery & Shipping
Is There a Shipping Fee?
Shipping is free for purchases of 1000 TL and above.
How Does Your Order's Delivery Time Work?
We strive to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible and do not list products that are not in stock on our site. We expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days at the latest. You can track your order using the tracking number you receive after your order is placed.

Is it mandatory to be a member?
Of course not. You can buy the product you like without becoming a member. You can also create a membership during your purchase.
Is there payment at the door?
Unfortunately, there is no cash on delivery option. We only accept bank cards and credit cards.
Is Credit Card Payment Option Safe?
Yes, you can completely trust us. We use iyzico, Türkiye's leading fintech company, as our payment service provider.
